Robert S. Kretschmar

Mr. Kretschmar has managed global portfolio investment accounts, represented private equity investment funds on corporate boards, and raised investor capital for several international investment funds.

Since managing the divestiture of Kentucky Fried Chicken de Mexico in 1977, under the prevailing foreign investment law which required that service businesses be majority owned by Mexican interests, he has been involved in projects and investments in Mexico.

From 1977 - 1987, he was co-founder and President of Seavex Limited, a publishing and marketing company based in Hong Kong. Subsequently, he was President of Batterymarch Investment Systems. Additional investment experience includes assignments with the Boston Company, Barclays Bank International in London, and several years in Hong Kong and Singapore with Jardine Fleming, a leading investment bank in Asia.

Since 1993, he has been Chief Executive of Global Capital Resources, a firm that specializes in developing and managing international investment funds.

Mr. Kretschmar holds a BA in economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
