Donna Lambert

Donna Lambert is responsible for business development for Mexico Private Equity Fund as well as assisting in due diligence on investment opportunities.
As Corporate Secretary of the Fund, she is also responsible for communication with the Fund's shareholders, custodians and other service providers.
Prior to the establishment of Maguey Management in 1997, she was actively involved in structuring and raising capital for the Mexico Private Equity Fund. Since 1994, she has also been a Director of Global Capital Resources, a firm that specializes in developing and raising capital for international investment funds.
Before joining Global Capital Resources, she was Assistant to the General Counsel of Merrill International, Inc., a developer of international private electricity generation projects, where she was responsible for contract negotiation and corporate para-legal activities. From 1989-1991, she was Executive Assistant to the Chief General Counsel of Putnam Hayes & Bartlett, an international management consulting group in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Her responsibilities included negotiating consulting contracts with clients in the electric power industry.
Previous assignments include general management positions at Lambert's Markets and Lambert Realty Corporation. From 1981-1984, she was a sales assistant at E.F. Hutton in Boston, and from 1976-1981, she was Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and General Counsel of the Massachusetts Port Authority.
She holds a BA from Suffolk University in Boston and an international paralegal degree from the National Academy of Paralegal Studies in New Jersey.
